After the basic course, Principles of MR Mammography, this new and totally different advanced training course, Advanced Course of MR Mammography was established. This conference is targeted to radiologists who have acquired their first experiences and now want to refresh and improve their knowledge. This course consists of intensive lectures and especially interactive training in detail. Out of a total of more than 14,000 cases selected over the past two decades, attendees will analyze carefully selected and histologically proven cases under the guidance of Dr. Werner Kaiser. The clinical application of MR-Mammography (MRM) in the last 20 years has shown that this imaging tool has had significant diagnostic advantages in the field of breast diagnosis, e.g. the proof of small breast cancers, the differentiation between scar and recurrent tumors, the detection of multifocality/multicentricity, the search for primary tumor, the delineation of implants, etc. MR-Mammography is used in clinical practice with increasing frequency. Therefore it becomes increasingly important to discuss and evaluate open questions about technical, biological, and pathophysiological aspects. Program Format

This course is normally held on three half-day morning sessions on Friday-Sunday, or on Thursday-Saturday (when outside the U.S.). Continental breakfast is provided each meeting day. The schedule for Breckenridge is 3 days with 2 sessions in the morning and 2 sessions in the afternoon.

This program provides primary care physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and registered nurses with an update of infectious disease problems commonly seen in a general diversified practice. Upon completion of this program, participants should be able to:

• Discuss the most important approaches to the febrile patient with potentially life-threatening diseases in both hospital- and clinic-associated settings

• Diagnose and manage important infectious disease syndromes in a range of organ-based systems (respiratory, gastrointestinal, skin and soft-tissue)

• Identify the 2010 updates for immunizations and sexually-transmitted disease management

• Review the role of the clinician in bioterrorism events and travel-associated infections • Describe important strategies for the evaluation of infections in immunocompromised hosts
