Reservations booked within 3 days of your conference start date and up to 3 days after the conference end date are eligible for discounts. Availability and discounts may vary based upon timing and number of reservations booked. Once you click on a carrier link you will be taken outside of the MER website to book your reservations. Any issues you experience after your reservation is booked, please contact the carrier directly.
